Professional follow-up of overdue patient and third-party accounts — without aggressive collections or financial advice.
Managing outstanding accounts is a common challenge for Australian allied health practices and other small businesses. Our Accounts Recovery Support service helps you recover unpaid invoices through structured, respectful follow-up — so you can focus on patient care, not chasing payments.
We provide administrative recovery support only. We are not bookkeepers, accountants, financial advisers, or debt collectors.
Accounts Recovery Support is a professional, structured process for following up overdue accounts on behalf of your practice.
Our role is to:
All financial decisions and escalation choices remain with the practitioner.
Our service is suitable for both one-off overdue account backlogs and ongoing aged debt support.
Review & Preparation
We review overdue accounts supplied by your practice to confirm readiness for recovery and determine the appropriate follow-up pathway.
Professional Follow-Up
We manage patient-appropriate communications via email, SMS, or written notice, aligned with your clinic’s tone and healthcare standards.
Structured Escalation
We apply a clear, documented process for unresponsive accounts and assist with pre-collection preparation if escalation is required.
Third-Party Follow-Ups
Where authorised, we assist with insurer, employer, legal, and funded care follow-ups, including NDIS-related accounts.
Our Accounts Recovery Support services are priced using clear, fixed fees or monthly retainers.
We do not charge commission, contingency, or success-based fees.
