What do we do?

Aspire Admin Services provides administration and business support to businesses that are growing, or in transition, but aren’t yet ready to take on additional staff.  We are the extra pair of hands you need to help you get to that next level, without the associated costs of recruiting new staff.

Who am I?

My name is Paula Rose, and I have almost 10 years experience working in the ‘virtual workplace’, as well as extensive experience with corporate business documentation and management.

I offer all of the administration support you need to grow your business to the next level, with a solid foundation of policies, procedures and resources in place.

Whilst I specialise in Allied Health businesses, I’m more than happy to work across other industries if you need my services.

What exactly is a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant (VA) is the receptionist, office manager, bookkeeper, personal assistant or ‘Girl Friday’ that you have without having one.  Meaning that we can work from anywhere, for as many or as few hours as you need us, without all of the overheads associated with hiring an employee (think PAYG, superannuation, uniforms, equipment….)

All this means you can focus on growing your business while we take care of the other stuff.
